(Junior) Sales Manager North (m/w/d)

We are looking, effective immediately, for a motivated Sales Manager for the North region (Upper Austria, western Lower Austria), full-time, 38.5h/week. As a UKO Sales Manager, you are the face of the company and the No.1 point of contact for both our new and existing customers.

Your goal: to help customers gain more time and more revenue with our microshop solutions.

Areas of responsibility and tasks in which you can contribute your skills:

• You act independently and with entrepreneurial thinking in your territory
• Acquisition of new customers as well as nurturing existing customers
• Advising and supporting with the goal of a long-term partnership
• Preparation of offers and conducting price negotiations
• Creating regular project, sales and market reports
• Market launch of new products as well as implementation of marketing measures
• Competitive and market monitoring, as well as potential analysis of new opportunities

In addition to initiative and commitment, the following matters to us for this position:

• Joy and enthusiasm in advising all stakeholders
• Likeable, positive demeanour, enjoyment of selling, as well as negotiating skills
• Completed training and/or experience in sales
• Centre of life within the sales territory to be served
• Driving licence category B
• Networking is one of your strengths
• Structured and analytical way of working, high reliability and flexibility
• Initial professional experience in B2B field sales (an advantage), career changers also welcome

For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary under the collective agreement for this position is EUR 2,251 gross per month. However, our attractive salary packages are based on current market salaries and are therefore above the stated minimum salary.
