You contact us, we discuss your requirements (products, location, type of machine) and tailor the model to your needs, advise you and handle – depending on the desired service – delivery, setup, configuration, training and, where applicable, the ongoing service.
Not directly in a technical sense, but via UKO telemetry you have access to data, sales, fill levels and functions at any time and even receive error messages when they occur.
Our sales teams are out and about throughout Austria and southern Germany and advise you directly on site. This ensures that every solution is perfectly tailored to your circumstances. Delivery and installation are carried out by our experienced service technicians, who professionally commission your device and provide you with comprehensive training.
