Sushi from the microshop

The first goodie shop of „Tokyo Bay“ in Salzburg's city centre is equipped with five vending machines from UKO Microshops. Here you will find a wide selection of fresh food and snacks, including the matching take-away cutlery.

The vending machines are restocked several times a day by the in-house bicycle courier service. „With this concept we want to make fresh specialities such as sushi, poke bowls, musubi and other Asian snacks as well as drinks accessible around the clock, including on Sundays and public holidays,“ says head chef William Ooi, managing director of „Tokyo Bay“. The UKO vending machines guarantee fresh and high-quality products for customers at all times.
