The Gasthof Schloss Aigen opens the first „award-winning cuisine microshop“ with regional delicacies. It is filled with the „bestsellers“ of the Berger family, such as the Grammelknödel (greaves dumplings) with Veltliner cabbage made famous by the TV show „Kitchen Impossible“.
Further highlights are dishes from Döllerer's tavern kitchen such as potato goulash, free-range chicken with paprika cream and mountain lentil curry. The Hofmetzgerei Fuchs farm butchery is represented with the finest steaks, but also treats for the dog. For fish lovers, Grüll offers fish specialities such as sturgeon fillet in olive oil, mini octopus in tomato sugo and caviar.
